- Exchange, Return, and Refund Policies: Products can be returned within 10 days of purchase if the packaging is unopened. For opened products, contact our customer care at 0334-2232072. Choose from the following options for returning your product/s:
- Option 1: Return the product/s directly to Burj Healthcare at [Address]. Once received, we’ll refund the amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
- Option 2: Our partner courier can pick up the product/s from your delivery address. A deduction of Rs 200 will be made from your order amount, and the rest will be refunded to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
